弊社では後染め・加工を専門にやらせていただいております。
染色分野は布地(綿、麻、ウール、シルク、ナイロン)、
既成製品、古着などを中心に、
また紐、靴、ボタンといった、
普段は染められることのないジャンル
も染めることが可能です。
加工分野ですと、布地、製品の洗い、
ダメージ加工、柔軟加工、硬仕上げ加工、シワ加工、
ウール加工、縮絨加工防縮加工 ソフト加工と幅広く取り扱っております。
何よりもお客様の声が第一です。
お客様のご要望に合わせた加工・染色方法を提案させていただき、
両者の合意のもと、製品を丁寧に仕上げさせていただきます。
その他、ここには記載していない染め・加工方法についてもお気軽にご相談ください。

来年1月23日(土)から富士急行線富士山駅併設 富士急百貨店｢Qスタ｣2階にてアンテナショップをオープンしました！！
その名も｢染物ショップ まるこう｣ です。
弊社の染物の魅力をお伝えすることは勿論、個人向けの染め直し・加工の窓口を請け負い、地元富士吉田の地場産業を駅に訪れた人に直にお伝えできるアンテナショップとなっております。
このご時世ではございますが、明るい話題を提供できるよう元気いっぱい営業しております。

暮らしの中に染色(いろどり)を! Making color in your life!
生地染め
・染色後、乾燥室へ干します。(天日仕上げの場合)
・フラット仕上げの場合、濡れたまま整理します。
・季節や気候によって干す時間を変える等、細かく調整していきます。

製品染め
・白系はお好きな色に染めることができます。
・古着は紺、黒に染めることができます。

生地染め ニット
・染色後、乾燥室で干します。

絞り染め 生地
・紐を使用して２色絞り染めを行います。

ダメージ加工
・酵素と特殊なボールを使用し、機械に入れて、加工を施します。

タイダイ加工
・渦巻き状にタイダイ染めを行います。

Everry Saturday is holding a dyeing workshop! Check here!↑
・無地のTシャツや、生地を基本的に使用します。
Basically use plain T-shirts and fabrics.
・作業は紐やゴムを使い、畳んだりひねったりします。
T-shirts and fabrics are folded or twisted using a string or rubber. 
・染料の吹付の工程に入ります。
・薄めの生地はスプレーで十分浸透しますが、厚めの生地はスプレー＋染料を流し込む感覚で浸透させます。
The process of spraying dye
Thin fabrics can be sufficiently penetrated by spraying, but thick fabrics can be penetrated by spray and dye. 
・ワッシャー機の中に籠のまま並べ、３０分強蒸します。
Line up the baskets in the washer machine and steam strongly for 30 minutes. 
蒸し時間の終了しました。
蓋を開ければこのようになります。
When the steaming time has finish it will look like this if you open the lid. 
蒸しあがった時に、紐・ゴムなどを外します。
Remove the string and rubber when steamed.

余計な染料を機械で洗い落とします。
Machine wash off excess dye.
当日持ち帰れるように、大きな乾燥機で乾かします。
Dry it in a large dryer so that you can take it home on the day.
